15 minute traditional abdominal workout that will challenge even the hard core.
5:45pm Crazy Cardio
45 minutes of heart racing interval training.
Tuesday
6:00am Spin
Show up early, claim your ride, and head for the hills.
5:30pm TURBO KICK
An intense cardio kickboxing type workout with dance.
Wednesday
9:00am STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN
A challenging format to increase flexibility and strength.
5:30pm MIXED CORE
Twisting, turning, planking, bridging, grimacing...
5:45pm STAYING STRONG
Chisel, carve, and remove fat; exposing hidden muscle.
Thursday
6:00am SPIN
The ride will be fast, steep, and long.
5:30pm EXTREME CORE
Your abs will feel used and abused.
5:45pm LA TINA
Named after it's amazing instructor, this is high-energy workout isn't your typical group exercise class. Hips shake, hands clap, shoulders shimmy; all to a Latin hip-hop beat.

Rosanne teaches "Balance with Movement" and "Stretch and Strengthen". She was born in New Orleans and moved to Roseburg in 2005. Rosanne has been teaching group fitness classes for 12 years and always brings her special southern spice to each of her classes. "Don't work your fitness schedule into your life, work your life into your fitness schedule".
Tina teaches the Core classes, Cardio and Strength Classes and La Tina. She was born in San Pablo, CA and eventually settled in Roseburg. When she stepped into her very first aerobics class, she knew she had found her passion... to inspire women of all ages to be fit and healthy. Tina loves hard core cardio mixed with alot of laughter. "There's nothing better than working hard to challenge your body and having fun while doing it."
Tami Jo has been at Fitness First since 1995. She is a certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise. Tami Jo also has certificaiton in Older Adult Fitness, PiYo, and Resist-A-Ball. Her passion is promoting active lifestyles for people of all ages.
Jean has been enthusiastically teaching Spin class since 2009. As a past spin participant and current Boot Camper, Jean willingly stepped into the role of instructor. Come join her in our Spin class and let her take you on a ride up Rock Creek or along the Oregon coast.
Angie teaches Turbo Kick. She is the newest member of the Fitness First staff and has been has been a certified Turbo Kick Instructor since January 2010. She is passionate about working out and having fun while doing it. Her high-intensity cardio kick-boxing class is Tuesday nights at 5:30pm. Come try it and be ready to work up a sweat.
