What is Pure Burn Barre Class?  This class is a "ladies only" challenging workout that is based on a fusion of classic ballet barre techniques, Pilates, and stretching.  The format includes bursts of cardio as well as isometric muscle-shaping exercise to tone your arms and shoulders, flatten your abs, and lift your rear end!  There is absolutely no dance background necessary!
